表題のカリキュラムが整備されています

The Family Medicine Clerkship Curriculum

通常米国の家庭医療のクラークシップは通常３年目で２ヶ月ぐらいのところがほとんどだと思うので，また米国の医学生と日本の医学生のレベルを考慮すると，日本では卒後２年目にやる地域医療（必修化カリキュラム）の枠組みとして，もしくは３－６ヶ月程度の後期の選択研修，また日本家庭医療学会の診療所６ヶ月の部分のたたき台として有用なのではないでしょうか．
